Ibiza 28 day Workers Package
You may be wondering how to do a season in Ibiza. You could just jump on the plane and chance your luck, but why risk it? With Ace you get a sample of working in Ibiza before committing to a long-term worker’s apartment – just in case.
Our package includes 28 days accommodation, then after this, you can extend your stay by speaking to your rep. Let them know 2 weeks before and they will assist you to find further workers accommodation.

Can I come to Ibiza on my own?
Absolutely! The majority of Ace workers come alone (more than 70%). This is the best way to meet people. You’ll make friends straight away, and even before you arrive in the members-only group.
Can I share an apartment with friends?
As long as you are all on the same accommodation package and arrive on the same date it is possible. We can’t always 100% guarantee as it depends on the preferences of fellow workers such as mixing boys & girls. We always listen to your preferences and promise to do the very best we can to ensure you get what you request.
Are my flights to Ibiza included?
We do wish that we could include flights in our workers’ packages, but this is not something we can currently provide. The reason is the unpredictable price jumps throughout the season. The best thing you can do is book early to ensure that you get a good deal. Try using comparison sites like Sky Scanner for the best deals.
Do I have to work in Ibiza if I come with Ace?
Most people choose Ace because they want to experience the working lifestyle in Ibiza. It is a great opportunity to join the party scene and earn a living at the same time. That said, it is your Summer and you can treat it as a really long holiday if you like. You are going to need quite a bit of spending money to do this in Ibiza if you want to go out a lot!
When is the best time to arrive in Ibiza?
We find that a lot of jobs are coming up around April and May just before the season starts to take off. Indeed, people apply early for positions and it is advised to do the same. So, starting your holiday around this time can be an advantage. This does not mean that Ibiza is off the cards later on though. There are lots of people that come later on in the season and don’t find it difficult to find work. You can speak to your rep about this and decide the best time for you.
How do I find work in Ibiza?
At Ace, we have a fantastic relationship with a lot of venues in Ibiza Which means that we can help you get job trials for the most exciting positions around! What’s more, there are a lot of vacancies posted on the private Facebook page. Keep an eye out and you can grab a position early. The good news is that most of our workers find a job within just a few days of being in Ibiza.
What is a job trial?
In Ibiza, you will find that a lot of positions will require a job trial. While this can sound daunting, it is actually your opportunity to stand out from the crowd. You can show exactly what you are made of! We are also with you at every point for advice.
What are the wages like in Ibiza?
Wages for work in Ibiza tend to be higher than some other resorts, but so is the cost of living. Lots of workers tend to go for jobs with uncapped earning potential, or a base salary with good tips, rather than a set wage. There are a lot of opportunities to earn a commission, such as when you are selling events or shots.
Will I have to stay for the whole season?
When you arrange your workers’ package through Ace, you can stay for as long as you want! If you just want a taster and fancy a few weeks, we have your back. Alternatively, you can stay the whole season if you want to. We try and be as flexible as possible!
Finding work in Ibiza
Once you’re in Ibiza we will happily assist you with Job trials, introductions to Bar, Event, club managers and also offer training days. Once you have decided which Job you’re interested in, just let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange a job trial.
If you’re not sure which vacancy you’re interested in then why not try a few and see which one suits you best. You’re going to be in Ibiza for the best part of 4 months so it’s best to choose a job that you will enjoy. It’s also important to note that in order to work in Ibiza legally you will need an NIE Number. We can assist you with obtaining this.
Where can I work in Ibiza?
When you choose a working holiday with Ace, you have access to our member’s group where potential employers will post positions available. Jobs are not just at the start of the season, as people come and go, and the busy months are June, July and August.
