Our story
We set up Ace Working Holidays to help you make the most of your time working in the sun. We saw thousands of workers come to our resorts struggling to find accommodation and jobs abroad. There was no help available — so we decided things should change.
If you’ve never worked abroad before, the idea can feel a bit scary. Our caring, experienced reps know exactly what you’ll need to have a great time. They know the resorts, the bars and clubs you’ll love, and the best spots to recover after a big night out.
And if you’ve worked abroad already, you’ll know how valuable it is to have people in resort who can help with paperwork and any problems that come up.

From arriving in resort, finding a job and getting settled.
When you arrive in resort you’ll be introduced to your landlord and taken to your apartment to settle in. We have reps available around the clock for any issues that may come up.
After your first week or so, it’s time to sit down with your reps and discuss starting work. That includes sorting key admin (like opening a bank account and getting an NIE number if needed), plus local knowledge and helpful tips.
