Finding a decent place in Malia isn’t always easy if you don’t know the area — and the better apartments go quickly. The easiest first-season option is to lock in accommodation upfront so you can focus on settling in and starting work.

• Safe + sorted: knowing where you’re living takes the stress out of arrival week.
• Shared living: you’ll usually live with other workers — it’s an instant social circle.
• Help on the ground: your rep can help you settle in and meet your landlord.

Malia beaches

Malia’s beaches are a big reason people come back to Crete. Long stretches of golden sand, ridiculously clear water, and proper “switch off” energy between shifts.

If you’re more active, you’ll find water sports and beach activities. If you’re in chill mode, grab a cocktail at a seafront bar and enjoy the views.

Malia nightlife

If you’re after wild nights, Malia delivers. The main strip (Beach Road) is packed with bars and clubs, and it’s buzzing most of the day — but especially once it gets dark.

From classic clubs to foam parties and guest DJ sets, there’s always something going on in peak season. As a worker, you’re right in the middle of it (for better or worse 😂).
