Summer Jobs in Spain
Spain is one of the easiest places to work abroad for the summer — loads of resorts, loads of roles, and proper sunshine. We place workers in Ibiza, Magaluf and Tenerife.
Why work in Spain?
Spain is a popular holiday destination, which also makes it a solid place to find seasonal work. From bar work and PR to restaurants and events, there’s loads of choice. Add the weather, beach days off, and the perfect mix of party + chill, and you’ve got a summer you’ll never forget.
Which are the most popular resorts in Spain?
If you’re looking for a gap year working holiday, Ibiza, Magaluf, and Tenerife are three of the most popular options. Ibiza is famous for nightlife (great for bar/PR/host roles), Magaluf is busy and social, and Tenerife has a longer season thanks to the Canaries.

Ibiza
Ibiza isn’t just a party island — it’s beaches, sunsets, old town exploring, and loads of hospitality work in season. If you want a high-energy summer with plenty going on, Ibiza’s a strong shout.
Magaluf
Magaluf is a classic “first season” resort — busy, social, and packed with bars, clubs and restaurants. If you want a fun place with loads of chances to meet people fast, it’s a great option.
Tenerife
Tenerife is the biggest of the Canary Islands and stays popular for longer, so it’s a good shout if you want more time in season. Alongside bar and ticket-selling roles, you can also find work linked to activities and tourism.
