Ibiza Beaches

Sandy beaches to relax on your day’s off!

For anyone nursing a dreaded hangover, the incredible coastline vistas will quickly become your best friend. San Antonio and Playa d’en Bossa tend to draw the big crowds and can be great to visit if you’re in the mood to party. They’ll be guaranteed to get you feeling pumped for a night out in the famous Ibiza hotspots. We haven’t even mentioned the sunbathing potential! Throughout the summer you can expect scorching weather and plenty of tanning opportunities. It usually stays hot all day, which is great for those who don’t like getting out of bed until the afternoon. It goes without saying, but you don’t want to forget your suncream!

Cost Of Living

How much money are you going to need?

Nobody wants to worry about money when they’re trying to enjoy a holiday, but it’s important to have an idea of how much everything costs. It all depends what your scene is and where you’re heading. The exclusive beach clubs are great places to relax during the day, but you may have to pay slightly more. Premium isn’t for everyone and there are tonnes of bars and restaurants around the main strip, which means you’re never going to be short of choices. We recommend trying a bit of everything – you are on holiday after all. If you plan wisely you can enjoy the full range of what Ibiza has to offer, from McDonalds to cordon blue cuisine – from luxury excursions to banana boat rides. It’s worth saving up an extra little pot to spend on getting tickets to some of the islands most exciting clubbing events – if you book early (and through the legitimate channels) you can benefit from discounts and free extras which make it doubly worth it! Like we said, it entirely depends on what kind of experience you’re after. We suggest that budgeting anywhere between 50–150 euros a day will make sure you have a trip to remember.

Ibiza Nightlife

A whole strip of bars and clubs!

Ibiza’s nightlife almost needs no introduction. Its notorious reputation precedes itself – and believe us, it certainly lives up to the hype. If you’ve been before, or know someone that has, you’ll know just how epic it can be! Hundreds of world class DJs and artists come to Ibiza every year to perform at legendary venues like Amnesia, Ibiza Rocks and Eden (to name just a few). You can warm up for the bigger events by visiting the awesome range of bars scattered around the island’s many resorts. The Sunset Strip in San Antonio is a must-see area – especially if you’re a fan of beautiful backdrops and breath-taking sunsets. We seriously recommend you start planning your night time adventures right away – you can get tickets for most places online. We’re talking about some of the biggest, best and most exclusive events, so it’s sometimes worth getting hold of a queue jump so you don’t miss out!

Exploring Ibiza

See the amazing parts of Ibiza

It’s not only about the nightlife in Ibiza – there’s so much to see and do, right throughout the day. As we’ve already said, there are some beautiful hidden beaches around the island – if you’re up for an exploration, why not rent a car and go for an adventure? You could also sign up for an island tour to fully take in all the sights. There are plenty of water sports and beach activities that are guaranteed to add a few laughs and excitement to your days. The marine life around the island is truly stunning, so any opportunity you get to whack a snorkel on, we suggest you take it. Ibiza’s boat party scene is one of the best in the world and for party goers who like to start early, this can be an amazing day out – but remember stamina is key, especially if you hope to make it all the way to evening! Clearly, one of the main reasons Ibiza is famous around the world is for the incredible parties and club events that take places throughout the summer season. To really complete Ibiza, make sure you get involved in a few of these!
