Rep Job Description
Holiday rep jobs are really popular, and there are some great companies to work for. From the big holiday companies like Jet2 and Tui, to independent hotel chains. You will often be the first point of call, perhaps meeting tourists at the airport, or welcoming them to their hotel. You will need to be friendly and polite, with a professional attitude to get, and more importantly to keep your job!
Rep Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the hotel or airport.
- Manage questions and/or complaints.
- Take part in entertainment.
- Upsell various event tickets such as excursions and parties.
- Keep records and reports.
Rep Job Working Hours
Your hours will often be during the day, with some early starts. Sometimes you may have to work split shifts too. Expect to work 5 or 6 days per week.
Average Rep Job Salary
Salaries vary from venue to venue, but mostly they are between £50-60 euros per day in Ibiza.
