VIP Hostess Job Description
This is an exciting job role. As a VIP hostess in Ibiza, you’ll meet and greet special guests and look after their needs while they’re in your bar or club. You’ll meet new people every night and enjoy rubbing shoulders with VIPs.
Job Duties
- Welcome guests when they arrive.
- Serve drinks, spirits and champagne.
- Chat to guests and make sure they are having a great time.
Working Hours
Hours vary, but usually around 6–8 hours per night is required. Clubs may have later starts than bars.
Average Salary
50–60 euros per night on average, with some larger bars paying more if you’re good.
