Shot selling is basically: approach groups, have a laugh, and get them excited to buy. The best sellers keep it light, don’t take “no” personally, and move on quickly.
How you earn
Commission-based: the more you sell, the more you earn. It’s normal to have quiet nights, and big nights where you take €100+.
Hours can be flexible, but your earnings are usually linked to time on the floor. Many people start around €30 per shift, and top earners can take €100+ on busy nights.
