Nightlife Areas

Ibiza is an island full of incredible views, clubs and people. You’re spoilt for choice when it comes to where to stay. Here are your best options if you want to be near the top clubs in Ibiza.

San Antonio

If you like to be involved with the superclubs that offer endless partying until the early hours of the morning, then San Antonio will be your go-to spot. It is home to the likes of Eden Ibiza, Ibiza Rocks, and Es Paradis. If you’re wondering what the best San Antonio clubs will be for your vibe, read on!

Playa d’en Bossa

Playa d’en Bossa is on the eastern side of Ibiza Island and is home to the longest beach. You can expect stunning sunset bars and incredible clubs, no matter what your budget is. Live music venue Ushuaïa is in Playa d’en Bossa, while legendary superclub Pacha is a short taxi ride away.

San Rafael

Halfway between San Antonio and Playa d’en Bossa, in the middle of the island, is San Rafael. Just outside this small village is where you’ll find Amnesia and Privilege, the world’s biggest nightclub. You can walk to either from San Rafael, but most people choose to stay in San Antonio or Playa d’en Bossa and get a taxi to San Rafael’s clubs.

Superclubs

Now, this is what we really come for! The super clubs are famous all over the world and have some of the biggest DJ acts perform to the crowds. Tick them all off your list if you can! Keep in mind if you get a job here that you will have a very late finish as most close at 6am.

Pacha Super club Ibiza

Pacha

First opened in 1973 and one of 10 franchised clubs across the globe, Pacha is a staple club of the island. Pacha has hosted some of the most famous names in Dance such as David Guetta and Tiesto.

Amnesia Club Ibiza

Amnesia

Made famous with the Kevin and Perry movie, this superclub is also one of the oldest and largest clubs in Ibiza. Make sure you check out Elrow with its breathtaking setup – a crazy, colourful and immersive experience you won’t want to miss.

Ushuaia Ibiza

Ushuaïa

This is a hotel and open-air live music venue, with some of the biggest global acts of the moment. Take a VIP table or get involved with the wild crowd for the night of your life. There are even fireworks!

privilege Ibiza

Privilege

Privilege is the world’s largest nightclub with a capacity of 10,000 people. Check out the incredible summer line-up of DJs – and don’t miss the closing parties, of course!

Eden Club Ibiza

Eden

Eden is host to some incredible events, such as the famous ‘Defected Ibiza’ and ‘Shine’ club nights. Entry and drinks prices are slightly cheaper than some of the other clubs, so you won’t break the budget going here more regularly.

Hi Ibiza

Hï Ibiza

This is one of the newer clubs out of our superclub list, and this shows in the state-of-the-art production scenes. Some of their best events include ‘Glitterbox’, F*** me I’m Famous’ and ‘Afterlife’.

Es Paradis Ibiza

Es Paradis

This is the easiest location to get to right in the heart of San Antonio. Many of the clubs require a taxi or party bus to get to as they can be a little far out, so this is a great regular. Drinks and entry are also a little cheaper.

Beach Clubs

Ibiza is well-known for its luxury beach clubs. You’re probably familiar with the famous Wayne Lineker-owned Ocean Beach, but there are plenty of others to check out too. Beach clubs are a great place to wind down on your days off – hire a lounger bed and chill out with a well-deserved sangria!

Bora Bora ibiza

Bora Bora

Playa d’en Bossa

Bora Bora is known for crazy daytime events, and Sundays are the best day to visit. Spend a little time on the sandy 50km beach before hitting the bars for a dance!

Ocean beach club ibiza

Ocean Beach Club

San Antonio

The most famous pool party on the island is at Ocean Beach Club. A season in Ibiza wouldn’t be complete without a day here. Book a VIP bed for the ultimate experience or, if you prefer more of a beach-to-pool vibe, then O Beach Ibiza will be right up your street. It will likely be jam-packed but ideal for a great time for your Ibiza holiday. Opt for a VIP bed for the ultimate day party experience. It’s situated right on the beach so you can get the most out of your holiday clubbing experience.

Nikki Beach Ibiza

Nikki Beach Ibiza

Santa Eulalia

This little gem is hidden on the other side of the Island to San Antonio, but well worth a visit. Drinks can be pricey but this is a great spot if you want to get dressed up and celebrate a special occasion.

Beachouse Ibiza

Beachouse

Playa d’en Bossa

Beachouse is open 7 days a week in a stunning location. Under the palm trees beside the sandy Playa d’en Bossa beach, it really is the ultimate chill out spot to wind down.

Amante Beach Club Ibiza

Amante Beach Club

Cala Llonga

This is more of a restaurant but it’s in an ideal location for some time away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. I’d save it for a special occasion as, even without the taxi ride there and back, the bill can add up!

Cotton Beach Club Ibiza

Cotton Beach Club

Cala Tarida

The views from the Cotton Club are out of this world. This restaurant and beach club doubles up as a wedding venue, so luxury is in every detail here. I recommend taking a ride out to Cala Tarida as it is a really beautiful part of the island.

Nassau beach club Ibiza

Nassau

Playa d’en Bossa

This unique and vibrant beach club was built in 2008 and has since set the bar for amazing food and cocktails. This chill out setting also has a restaurant and Teppanyaki lounge serving Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

Santos Ibiza

Santos Coast Club

Playa d’en Bossa

Santos is a hotel and beach club, so you usually have to book to go there. The location is great; right in front of the beach at Playa d’en Bossa, an arms-length from Ushuaia.

Sunset Bars

Ibiza sunsets are considered the most beautiful and peaceful in the whole world. Take some time out, relax by the sea and watch the night come in.

Cafe Del Mar ibiza

Café del Mar

San Antonio

Who doesn’t want to eat amazing food, drink top-class cocktails and watch the sun go down at the original sunset bar? This has been a popular spot since 1980, and they have just about mastered the experience.

Savannah ibiza

Savannah

San Antonio

A short walk from the San Antonio strip, this location is great for a nice meal with mates on your days off. Book a table as it gets very busy in peak season! Along with Fresh Ibiza, Savannah is a must-visit before you head off to the island’s superclubs. The DJ here is one of the most popular on the island and the clientele is a little more experienced and mature. This is the ideal spot if you are looking for a bar that’s a little more sophisticated.

Cafe Mambos Ibiza

Café Mambo

San Antonio

You cannot – I repeat, CANNOT – visit Ibiza without dining here. Choose a table by the DJ or by the sea and neither will disappoint. The music is pure Ibiza, the food is incredible and the experience is worth every penny.

Mint Lounge Ibiza

Mint Lounge

San Antonio

Located on the sunset strip in San Antonio, this is a popular place with workers. Fresh, delicious cocktails and Italian cuisine are the perfect accompaniments to your well-earnt day off.

Fresh ibiza

Fresh Ibiza

San Antonio

For those who like to start the night off right, head to one of San Antonio’s most popular sunset bars, Fresh Ibiza. This foodie spot is home to one of the island’s most chilled vibes and beautiful sunset views. You can wind down with cocktails and burgers to cure a hangover or get the night started.

The Wild West End

The West End, or the Ibiza Strip, is probably the rowdiest area to party! Cheap drinks deals are everywhere, and most of our workers end up here. You can work here as a ticket seller, bar staff, PR or shot seller and there are tons of bars to choose from. Here is a small selection of some of the best…

Itaca Ibiza

Itaca

Whether it is grabbing breakfast or having a few pre-drinks, this is a popular spot for Ibiza workers. There is always a lively atmosphere and good vibes.

Ibiza Rocks Bar

Ibiza Rocks

Not to be confused with the hotel of the same name, this little spot is right on the beachfront and a great all-rounder bar. They do serve food during the day but visit at night, and there is always a lively dancefloor with a regular sax master!

Ibiza Rocks is a hotel located in San Antonio that has been around for over ten years. It is considered a must-visit for all holidaymakers that are looking for a great night at a huge party venue. It is Ibiza’s home of pool-partying so if you like a dip in the pool with a cocktail in hand and music blaring, it is a staple if you want a super night out in Ibiza in 2023.

Lineker's Bar Ibiza

Linekers

The name is infamous and attracts great crowds, so it always tends to be busy. There is lots of outdoor seating and, as a sports bar, this is a great place to watch the footie!

Rio Bar Ibiza

Rio

Rio has an amazing Jack Daniel’s rooftop bar with regular BBQs! This multi-level bar is great if you want to mix things up without hopping around from bar to bar.

Soho Bar Ibiza

Soho

With quality music, a lively scene and top guest DJs, Soho is popular with workers and tourists alike. It opened in 2016 and they have lots of jobs available from PRs to Shot Sellers.

Plastik Ibiza

Plastik

Bringing the hottest Balearic beats, Plastik doesn’t disappoint when it comes to a good night out. There’s always a great atmosphere and the drinks are reasonably priced, which is always a bonus!

Ibiza Nightlife FAQs

When do Ibiza clubs open?

Most Ibiza clubs shut over winter and don’t reopen until early May. However, there are a few exceptions, with clubs like Pacha staying open year-round (and hosting an awesome NYE event!).

Where is the strip in Ibiza?

The main strip in Ibiza is in San Antonio. It’s commonly referred to as ‘The West End’ and is one of the rowdiest areas in Ibiza. It’s not a single road but a collection of streets by the waterfront. Scroll up to read more about the Ibiza strip.

Where is the best nightlife in Ibiza?

It’s a toss-up between Playa d’en Bossa and San Antonio as to where the best nightlife in Ibiza is. San Antonio is great for superclubs but for general party vibes, Playa d’en Bossa can’t be beaten. There’s great nightlife all over the island, though. If you stay in the Old Town or even one of the smallest villages, there are still plenty of nightlife hotspots that you can walk or taxi to.

What should I wear to an Ibiza pool party?

One of the best things about Ibiza clubs is that there are rarely strict dress codes. You can generally wear whatever you want to a pool party or any other kind of party – but we’d recommend a swimming costume, obvs! Most clubs will, however, ask that you arrive in clothes with your swimming stuff underneath.

How much is club entry in Ibiza?

The price of club entry in Ibiza depends on a lot of factors like who the DJ is that night, if there’s a special event on, who you buy the ticket from and how far in advance. If you’re going to a bar you could pay nothing but if you’re heading to a big night at a top club, you could pay up to €60.
