Can I come to Ibiza on my own?

Can I share an apartment with friends?
Often yes, as long as you’re on the same package and arrival date. We’ll always do our best to match your preference, but it depends on availability.
Are flights included?
Flights aren’t included because prices change constantly. Book early for the best deals and keep flexibility if you might stay longer.
Do I have to work if I come with Ace?
Most people come for the full working experience, but you can treat it as an extended holiday if you have enough spending money (Ibiza can be pricey!).
When is the best time to arrive in Ibiza?
April–May is ideal for the biggest choice of job trials, but there are opportunities throughout the season. Speak to your rep about the best option for you.
How do I find work in Ibiza?
Your rep will guide you through roles that fit you and help organise introductions and job trials. Vacancies are also shared in the private group.
What is a job trial?
Some venues ask you to do a short (often unpaid) trial shift before offering you a role. It’s your chance to stand out — and we’ll help you prepare.
Do I need an NIE number to work in Ibiza?
Yes, to work legally in Spain you’ll need an NIE number. We can advise you on the process and what you’ll need.
